My leader pings me but nothing arrives
Open DiMana once and allow notifications. On Honor, Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo phones, also open Settings → Apps → DiMana, set App launch to manual with all switches on, and set Battery to No restrictions. Use ⋮ → Test notifications in the app to check.
Is DiMana tracking me all the time?
No. Your phone sends its location once, only when your group leader asks or when you press SOS, and you get a notification every time. You can pause sharing whenever you like.
"This group is full"
Each group has a member limit set by its plan. Ask your group leader to upgrade the plan.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@rosmannapps.com with the phone number you signed in with.
